About the Program

This program connects literacy and reading to drama as students take a classic story, fable or myth and turn it into a play.

Participants will learn writing, improvisation and acting skills as they create and work their way to the culminating performance. Can be designed to complement “Aesop’s Fables”, “Native Beginnings”,Yankee Doodle Poetry or “Voyage of Odysseus.”
